This Saqran Tower is out of construction for more than a year . It also seems that there is problem with The Kuwaiti owner and in Financial crises as our Property and payment was made to their agent and now seems they have not even made aproper contract not registered with RERA and no ESCROW ACCOUNT .. SOMETHING FISHY ...IT IS COMPLETELY STOPPED CONSTRUCTION ...
Kindly check your information again! It has an escrow account and registration is done in Oqood. There were some issues, yes. But this has been resolved already. They are only waiting for a last approval to proceed the works.
