Al Attar started selling some of their projects before the stablishments of Escrow account and many investors purchased condos and apartment at that time. He used investors funds to purchase some properties under their own name in Dubai. As they purchase more properties for themselves, ironically, investors confidence in Al Attar to deliver even became more! They even used the same venue that they purchased with the investors fund to market and sell their fraudelant projects.Dubai, What a great city to be doing business in. They even leased an industerial land in Dubai Industerial City to make some building material and advertised this to their customer that they do this so that the cost to customers are lower and they can afford to sell lower than market because they make their own construction materials. Of course they nvever built anything and never had any intention to do so as this was a cheap advertising and marketing gimmick. Al Attar retained a very unprofessional crook architect and opened an Architectural firm to download ready made beautiful copies of already available building designs and plans from Internet and advertise it in many local newspaper during the real estate boom time.
