Had a meeting with Living legend CRM Apparently they are trying to use Article 13 of the contract not to pay the 0.5% penalty to buyer. They clearly said they won't deduct it from last bill.
They are now in conflict with CSI the Construction company and for the last 45 days have stopp work on site and this will delay even more the last official hand over date of December 2010(1st part of phase 1, villa only) to August 2011(third paart of Phase one, villa only)
I think they have no ground to appeal article 13, as is mostly mismanagment from they part, if they is any lawyer in your familly it is time to have them read your contract.
It is time to have a group database started, do email gilaud at yahoo dot com with your name, villa details

We have just received a payment notice for 60K, yet still no start on construction. They tell me I will be in default if I dont pay. Any sugestions?
