Elite residential communities are the main feature of this year's show

Dubai, UAE, 8 October 2013: Flash Properties, a leading real estate company in Dubai, attracted wide attention to its projects on the first day of Cityscape Global, particularly The Polo Residence, a flagship AED 2.1 billion real estate project in Meydan in Dubai scheduled to be completed by 2015.

The Polo Residence was one of the distinguished and elite residential communities that form key attractions of this year's edition of Cityscape Global 2013 for real estate investors and end-users.

Real estate experts predicted that this year’s edition of Cityscape Global Dubai 2013 will see a more impressive portfolio of projects unveiled by real estate development companies, totally valued at over 13 billion dollars, (AED 50 billion).

This year’s edition of the show saw participation of more than 250 companies on an area of 25,000 square meters, a strong indicator ofrobust revival of the local sector.

The Polo Residence project is 8 minutes away from Down Town Burj Khalifa. The entire infrastructure around the project has been completed. The project is focused on green living with 60% space reserved for green areas and playgrounds.
