i spoke to the overseas development manager yesterday (may 25th , 2010 ) and he told me that they are trying to restructure their finance locally in korea to get the funding to finish all their overseas developments that are on hold for now. however they have been approached by a number of local developers in dubai with a view to doing a joint venture to finish their developments in the uae - we were told that they would now more in 6-8 weeks so lets keep the fingers crossed.
