I have been a resident of this building for one year now. DO NOT MOVE IN. Looks very pretty, FULL OF FLAWS. I have had a leaking sound from my ceiling and walls which I used to ignore but now I have had it constantly. For a premium building, this is the last thing anyone should expect. Also the management are very slow is a "solution" response.
