Sherwoods creates premium property investment packages to headline presentation at International Property Show 2009

Focuses on exclusive, value-for-money offerings as part of strategy to strengthen investor confidence in property market

Sherwoods Independent Property Consultants has announced that it will present an exclusive line of best-value offerings to headline another exciting showcase at the International Property Show (IPS) 2009, which will be held at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre from February 15 to 17. Sherwoods' specially created portfolio of properties for IPS 2009 targeting property buyers and investors who are looking for opportunities to optimise their investments, particularly in light of the current global financial crunch.

Up for exhibition are Sherwoods' best-selling properties in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, including the Al Reef Villas project, Abu Dhabi's first community living development that can be bought by foreigners. The Al Reef Villas is a 198-year leasehold property development that offers up to 85 per cent finance. Sherwoods also announced that several premium developments in the UK and France will be introduced as part of its strategy to provide clients with a diverse range of high-potential investment opportunities.
