RTA Honours the Winning Customer of January with “Our Customer” Award Marking the Accession Day

Dubai (United Arab Emirates): Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) honoured Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Omar, the winner of “Our Customer” Award for the month of January; to mark the celebrations of the Accession Day of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as Ruler of Dubai. The event took place at RTA Main Customer Service Center.

Laila Ali bin Hareb, Director of Customer Service Centers Dep’t at RTA Corporate Support Services Sector, said: “The objective of the Award is to show that we care for customers and are keen on opening up a constant & fruitful communication channel between customers and Customer Service Center employees”. The “Customer of the Month” is a monthly award launched by the RTA in December 2007 to honour one of its customers in a time synchronized with a local or global event.

“Marking this occasion, RTA opted to honour Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Omar, who was presented with a flower bouquet, sweet basket, and several gift items from Customer Service Centers Dep’t.

The honoree said that this decoration was a cause of pride and prestige for him and thanked all employees for their excellent efforts. He also expressed his deep pleasure and great confidence in Customer Service Centers Dep’t, particularly the Main Customer Service Center.

The event was attended by the Customer Service Officers Mohammed Obaid Suroor and Misha’al Al Bushri.
