Luxury apartments still selling on The Palm
Only 189 of 644 apartments left at the Oceana Resort development says Asteco, leading property services company in UAE
Fully-furnished show homes have been opened for the first time to the public to promote the sale of the final one two and three bedroom spacious apartments in an exclusive gated community on The Palm Jumeirah.
The Oceana Resort and Spa apartments, developed by independent United Arab Emirates holding company Seven Tides, are competitively priced from between AED1.65 million for a 1,237 square feet one-bedroom apartment and AED3.3 million for a three-bedroom 2,239 square feet apartment.
“The apartments are a showcase for a life of luxury on The Palm. This is the final release direct from the Developer. 455 of them have already been sold,” said Ian Hollingdale, Head of the Palm Project for Asteco, property services provider to the Oceana project. “The show homes have been furnished to a high standard to complement the quality of the development,” he added.
Located on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah the Oceana Resort comprises spacious apartments, high quality finishes and panoramic views over the private gardens and beach and beyond to the adjacent marina and Palm Jumeriah.
Nearing completion, the resort includes a private infinity pool, lazy river and beach, waterside promenade and jogging track, landscaped recreation areas and a gymnasium. A five star hotel operated by Movenpick will be opened with the complex next year.
Because of the numbers of expected visitors and health and safety issues, access to the show homes is by appointment only and accompanied by Asteco staff. Appointments can be made by calling +9714 403 7700.
